Available data includes rainfall & reservoir records provided by a network of automated gauges. Rainfall analysis is performed to determine rainfall intensity and recurrence intervals. This information is used for many purposes including design requirements for culverts, flood channels, water detention structures, bridges, etc. The Hydrology Section also maintains and operates an automated storm monitoring system.
