Transition-Age Youth (TAY)
Seventy-five percent of mental illnesses begins during early adolescence and early adulthood. We offer services designed to meet the needs of young people in transition to adulthood between the ages of 16 and 25. To obtain services, call the 24/7 Access Line, 1-888-868-1649. If your child or teen is in crisis, call 1-888-334-2777. The 24/7 behavioral health crisis helpline for children and teens is called SAFTY. A brochure is available in English and Spanish.
